Kuwait Innovates is a hackathon organised by the Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Giftedness and Creativity to create a national platform bringing together companies, organisations and case studies with promising young Kuwaitis: university students, innovators and inventors aged 19 and over.«الكويت تبتكر» هو هاكاثون ينظمه مركز صباح الأحمد للموهبة والإبداع لخلق منصة وطنية بين الشركات والمنظمات ودراسة الحالات وبين الشباب الكويتي الواعد من طلبة جامعيين ومبتكرين ومخترعين من عمر 19 عامًا فما فوق.
The challenge begins with companies and case studies being presented to participants. The teams needed for each challenge are then formed, with 3 to 5 people in each team.يبدأ التحدي بعرض الشركات ودراسة الحالات على المشاركين، ومن ثم يتم تشكيل الفرق المطلوبة لكل تحدٍّ، على أن يتكون الفريق الواحد من 3 إلى 5 أشخاص.

Teams retain ownership of the intellectual property they create. By participating, teams grant the organisers a non-exclusive licence to showcase the project for promotional purposes.تحتفظ الفرق بملكية ما تبتكره. وبالمشاركة تمنح الفرق الجهة المنظمة ترخيصاً غير حصري لعرض المشروع لأغراض ترويجية.
Projects must be built during the event. Pre-existing open-source libraries are allowed if disclosed. Plagiarism, harassment or misconduct leads to disqualification.يجب تنفيذ المشاريع خلال الفعالية. يُسمح باستخدام المكتبات مفتوحة المصدر بشرط الإفصاح عنها. ويؤدي الانتحال أو المضايقة أو سوء السلوك إلى الاستبعاد.
Submissions are scored on innovation (30%), technical execution (25%), impact and feasibility (25%) and pitch quality (20%). Jury decisions are final.تُقيَّم المشاريع حسب الابتكار (30%) والتنفيذ التقني (25%) والأثر وقابلية التطبيق (25%) وجودة العرض (20%). قرارات لجنة التحكيم نهائية.
